If the property is heavily soiled, neglected or requires substantially more work than a standard clean, select the Bad Condition option so the appropriate additional charge is included from the beginning. This helps prevent unexpected charges later and ensures the time and resources required for the job are properly allocated.

Why does the condition of my property affect the cleaning price?

Not every property requires the same amount of cleaning. A well maintained property may require considerably less time than a property with heavy dirt, grease, limescale, rubbish, stains or significant build up.
Our condition based pricing allows us to price the job fairly according to the work required rather than giving every property the same price. If you know your property requires intensive cleaning, selecting the Bad Condition option when booking gives you greater price certainty from the outset.

What happens if I select the wrong property condition when booking?

We ask customers to select the condition that most accurately represents the property before booking. If the actual condition is substantially different from the information provided, the agreed scope may need to be reviewed before additional work is undertaken.
Where possible, we will discuss any difference with you before carrying out chargeable additional work, so you understand what is required and why.
