Lucy & Phil Ltd ("we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales at Unit 12, Chandler Court, London EC2A 4NE. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We collect information you provide when you request a quote, register an account, or contact us, including name, email, phone number, address, and details about your property or project.

We process your data to respond to quote requests, deliver services, invoice and collect payment, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Our lawful basis is one of: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests in providing our services, or (c) your consent, depending on the interaction.

Data is shared with our staff and vetted subcontractors where necessary to deliver the service, and with regulators, insurers, and payment processors as required.

We retain project records for six years after completion, in line with statutory obligations. Account data is retained while your account is active, plus one year.
