Acclimatised on site, laid over a moisture-tested subfloor. Board by board, to level — because warping shows and will not be forgiven.

02 — Resilient

Luxury vinyl tile (LVT)

Click-fit and glue-down systems, specified to traffic and subfloor condition.

03 — Hard tile

Porcelain & ceramic tiling

Walls and floors, including large-format up to 1200mm with correct back-buttering and slip rating.

04 — Stone

Natural stone

Marble, travertine and slate, sealed to spec.

05 — Substrate

Screed & self-levelling

Latex, flow screed and substrate correction.

06 — Comfort

Underfloor heating overlays

Overlay systems integrated beneath the finish.
